Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Digital Marketing In A Box (DMIAB). By using DMIAB, the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Service
 
DMIAB provides guided marketing setup, planning, content, creative, and related tools through ChatGPT and connected services. Features depend on the user's plan, assigned business, operator role, completed setup, approvals, and connected tools. DMIAB may improve or replace features while preserving paid access obligations and customer data rights.
 
Accounts, businesses, and access

Users must provide accurate information, use only identities and businesses they are authorized to represent, and keep each client's information separate. Access is personal to an assigned operator and business unless DMIAB expressly allows another operator. Users may not bypass access controls, test another customer's identifiers, extract protected methods, or share credentials.

Free Kit and paid products
 
The User Information Kit may be created without buying a paid product. Paid products require verified payment, an assigned operator, and an active entitlement. Ordinary cancellation preserves access through the already-paid period. Suspension, expiry, reassignment, charge reversal, abuse, or revocation may block new work or unreleased results as permitted by the applicable purchase terms. DMIAB does not change prices, renewals, or refund rights through conversational instructions alone.
 
User content and permissions

Users retain rights in the business content and files they provide. They grant DMIAB the limited permission needed to process that content, produce requested results, and perform explicitly authorized file actions. Users are responsible for having the rights and authority to supply source material and to request work for a business or client.
 
DMIAB intellectual property

DMIAB and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, private methods, prompts, scoring, routing, templates, documentation, and brand assets. A subscription grants access to use the service during the applicable term; it does not transfer the protected methods or a right to copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or build a competing system from them.
 
Generated output

Users are responsible for reviewing generated work for accuracy, legal compliance, platform rules, brand fit, permissions, and suitability before publishing, sending, spending money, or relying on it. DMIAB does not guarantee a particular marketing result.
 
Acceptable use
 

Users may not use DMIAB unlawfully; harm, deceive, harass, or impersonate others; submit material they lack permission to use; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; or use outputs without required human review for consequential decisions.
 
Third-party services
 
ChatGPT, OpenAI, Google, Auth0, payment providers, social media platforms, and other connected services have their own terms, availability, and controls. DMIAB is not responsible for changes or outages in those services, but will preserve resumable state where the DMIAB system supports it.
 
Suggest My Facebook Comments is a separately installed Chrome extension. The user chooses the Facebook post or conversation, requests each capture, reviews the result, and remains responsible for editing, copying, and publishing it. The extension does not act on Facebook for the user. Availability depends on an active DMIAB entitlement, a supported browser, the extension's distribution status, and Facebook and Chrome platform behavior.
 
Availability and liability
 
DMIAB is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DMIAB disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
